A Local Radio Station in Los Angeles is seeking a Local Sales Manager to manage a sales department. This dynamic leader must be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating a sales team, holding AE’s accountable, responsible for achieving station budgets, development of new revenue streams and effectively price stations opportunities. Candidate should have proven strength in building and maintaining client relationships. Must have a passion for the radio business, Local Sales Manager and LA market experience a plus. Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communications, create and maintain departmental revenue and expense budgets and have a track record of success in exceeding annual station and market revenue expectations. Bachelor’s degree or college education preferred.
