Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Melanie M. Montenegro was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel in December 2010. As executive vice president and general counsel, Ms. Montenegro will be responsible for a wide range of corporate functions, including legal, governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, business development, and compliance. Previously, Ms. Montenegro served as corporate counsel for the Company managing the day-to-day activities and operations of the legal department. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Ms. Montenegro was with the law firm Kaye Scholer, LLP in New York City.
